Tramping boots (essential for some of the bush sections)
Walking Poles (optional but preferred)
Day pack (big enough to hold lunch, warm clothes and water)
Towel (for your waterhole swim)
Swimwear
A large drink bottle (2 litre capacity recommended) and a Thermos (optional)
Sun hat & beanie
Few changes of socks
Bring your own nibbles and refreshments/alcoholic beverages.
Personal locater beacon (optional)
Clothing Suitable for walking
Good-sized lunch box, plus a small container if you would like to take left over salad on your walk
